Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update for our Customers

Security Force is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace environment for our employees and customers. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary actions to this end.

We’re continually educating our staff on best practices, such as proper hygiene and social distancing.

We regularly disinfect our trucks and equipment.

Employees who feel ill have been instructed not to report to work.

Our Technicians who conduct in-home customer visits will only be dispatched to customer homes if they are healthy.

Where our installation and service work can be performed outside the home or business, we will complete our work without customer contact. This also can be through “Do-It-Together” efforts as our customer service team can walk you through the steps over the phone.

All installation technicians wear masks at all installation and service appointments.

How you can help us keep everyone safe

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment; let us know immediately so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being. We will work with you to reschedule.

Please practice social distancing, even within your home.

If feasible, if you can open/close doors for our Technicians to allow them to touch as few surfaces as possible.

We fully appreciate the trust our customers extend to us when we visit their
homes and businesses. Security Force technicians and security consultants
visiting your sites will adhere, as always, to the highest standards of
